60an Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the 60an platform by all registered users in Malaysia. By registering for or using any service provided by 60an, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated herein.
Effective Date: 1 January 2026. These terms represent the latest version and supersede all previous versions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the 60an platform on any device or browser, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of this agreement.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the 60an platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. These terms apply to all users accessing the platform from Malaysia and are subject to Malaysian law.
- You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use this platform.
- Use of this platform is at the user's own risk and subject to applicable local laws.
- Accepting these terms is a mandatory requirement before any financial transaction can be processed.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
To use 60an's services, you must register an account with accurate, complete, and current information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all funds or bonuses therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. 60an will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by a user's failure to safeguard their login credentials.
- Personal information submitted during registration must be accurate and verifiable.
- Users are required to keep their personal information up to date whenever changes occur.
- Accounts are personal and may not be transferred to or shared with any other party.
- Any suspicious activity on an account must be reported to the 60an support team immediately at [email protected].
- Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with the local laws applicable in their region of residence.
3. Platform Usage Rules
The 60an platform is intended for lawful entertainment and online gaming purposes. Users are prohibited from using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including fraud, money laundering, or any activity that is harmful to other users or to the platform itself.
Any attempt to hack, manipulate, disrupt, or damage the systems, databases, or software of the 60an platform is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities. 60an reserves the right to pursue legal action against any individual found to have engaged in such activity.
- Using automation software, bots, or third-party scripts to influence or manipulate game outcomes is strictly prohibited.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including collusion in live table games, is strictly prohibited.
- The use of VPNs or any other method to conceal a user's actual location in order to bypass geographical restrictions is prohibited.
- Users may not upload, send, or distribute any content that is offensive, threatening, or infringes on the rights of others through any communication channel on the platform.
- Any breach of these rules may result in account suspension or closure without prior notice and without refund of any remaining balance.
4. Payment Information, Transactions & Currency
All financial transactions on the 60an platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all deposits are made using a valid payment method registered in their own name. 60an does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
Deposits will be credited to the user's account upon successful transaction verification. Processing times vary depending on the chosen payment method. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit and are subject to identity verification, which may be required before funds are released.
- Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are determined by the selected payment method and are set by 60an.
- All bonuses and promotions carry their own wagering requirements and validity periods, which must be fulfilled before any associated funds can be withdrawn.
- 60an reserves the right to hold or delay any withdrawal that raises concerns of fraud or money laundering until the investigation is concluded.
- Any transaction processing errors must be reported within 30 days of the transaction date.
- 60an is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
5. Liability Limits & Account Policy
The 60an platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 60an makes no guarantee that the platform will be free from technical disruptions, errors, or temporary outages at all times.
To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, 60an shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses resulting from system outages or data loss.
Account Suspension & Closure: 60an reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if there is evidence of fraud, breach of terms, unlawful activity, attempted money laundering, or multiple account registrations. Funds held in accounts closed due to fraud or breach of terms may be forfeited to 60an.

6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property: All content on the 60an platform, including logos, interface design, text, graphics, software code, and other materials, is the exclusive property of 60an or our licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content without prior written consent from 60an.
Third-Party Links: The 60an platform may contain links to third-party websites or services, such as payment processors. These links are provided for user convenience only. 60an does not control the content of those third-party sites and accepts no responsibility for their content, privacy policies, or practices. Use of any third-party service is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms: 60an reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
